Local Heritage

Ju-Sung Group, the developer and owner of this land,

lived and prospered through the place

To own and live in the historical land of Cheong-dam,

Hats off and salutes what it means in life.

Developer and architect Laurent Pereira, who truly respects the Earth, nature and soil, constructs a symbolic residential tower using natural materials that cannot be found in Cheong-dam.

We perfectly own the house from nature, and the Han River and

city created by nature.

Chae Pereira Architects

In 2005, Songhee Chae and Laurent Pereira were awarded Best Selection for the Seoul Performing Arts Center International Idea Competiton and started Chea Pereira Architects. Since then, their projects have been awarded numerous architecture prizes, including the Kim Swoogeun Architecture Award. They participed to the Venice Biennale 2016 Korean Pavilion and the London exhobotion "Out Of the Ordinary" They published in Bauwelt, Stadtbauwelt, Wallpaper, Space, HarvardGSD/ Birkauser and the BBC Culture Series.
